Long wait time for the coffee beans disptach. Was getting review requests week before I have even received the goods. Quick delivery once actually dispatched and quick response when I had a query. I have also ordered a Bean-to-cup coffee machine from tyhem and that was delivered to me very quickly and in perfect order.

I needed a new Nespresso Original machine which Nespresso don’t appear to sell anymore. These guys had stock when nobody else seemed to have any. It does come with a continental plug but they supply an adapter so no problem.

Easy communication & good service

I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 because I realised after starting doing business with them the shipments are all sent from Eastern Europe, and not the UK as it would suggest from the UK domain and the UK company address. Whilst not in itself a major issue, it does add a significant delay in receiving anything, typically a week or more to arrive rather than a day or so as would be been expected if sent from the UK. Having said this, all the items I have ordered have been exactly as described, and any issues experienced were dealt with efficiently by their support team. If you are OK with the delay in arrival, then yes, I would reccomend.

GREAT SERVICE.

Order arrived 5 weeks after payment, and only after chasing. They then sent two identical orders (when I only wanted one) which arrived together. Clearly they had ignored my original order – but taken my money. They blamed their courier and said it had been lost. 3 weeks after that their Sales Manager started hounding me for payment for the second order, calling/emailing every day and said they'd reported me to the police! I won't be buying from this company again.

In my view there is no better place to buy your coffee. Their Caprissmo blend is a pleasure to drink
