Got a great deal on our coffee machine (Phillips bean to cup) at around £40 below the next nearest price. Just wish they'd been more transparent in stating it had an EU plug – which we didn't mind as it came with a permanent adaptor – as it would have been better to be upfront. Then the delivery seemed a bit hit and miss. I did email them to get an accurate update, but never even got a response. It then bizarrely turned up a few days earlier than expected. Just a shame they let themselves down on the above points as genuinely happy with the price and product.

Great price for the machine but the ordering could be better. Tried to order via credit card on a Sunday but couldn't get it to work. Opted for order by phone, order number received, all good so far. No call back on Monday morning so I contacted them, they don't do phone orders over £200! So how did I manage to place an order and get a number. There doesn't appear to be anywhere that advises this. However quickly cleared up on the Monday, ordered via PayPal, they immediately confirmed order by email advising it would be dispatched that afternoon. Fantastic and it arrived next day on the Tuesday. Would have been 5 stars other than the initial order process.

Don't Buy!!!!! DO NOT BUY! Rubbish customer service. I bought another coffee machine somewhere else, and a month in I'm still waiting for my money back. Awful, horrible experience with this company. I wish I had never heard of them. Coffee enemies.

The first machine had no filter arm and the box appeared to have been opened. The replacement was perfect. Customer service was friendly and efficient.

There is not an option for no stars. I ordered my machine four weeks ago. The advert said it would be delivered in 1-3 days. It took a week to arrive – but only part of it arrived. There was no coffee wand which rendered it unusable. Despite several emails to and from Amber I still don't have the part. I now have a tracking number from the couriers but so far – after 3 days – only a label has been generated. I keep being told that it will arrive 'soon'. You were quick to take my money – now deliver the goods.
