After waiting over 3 weeks for any tracking info I contacted customer services to complain about the lack of info and time frame on dispatch and the reply I got was "We're not making you stay as a customer if your not happy we'll cancel your order otherwise you'll just have to wait" This agent may not be representative of the whole company but found her to be arrogant, rude and extremely unhelpful

I ordered a neat DeLonghi Dedica coffee maker and coffee tamper through Coffee Friend because they were the best value online and I was offered the colour I wanted. The package arrived quickly with a good and friendly follow up service. My new barista skills were a hit with friends and I almost look forward to getting up for my first cup of the day!

Strait forward transaction without any issues. Item good although the cheap plastic V60 is probably just as functional.

The product is really good – and I have no doubts that I will be back in shop in the future – the only disadvantage is delivery time – I think waiting over two weeks it’s a bit too long. I appreciate that it’s free delivery but maybe it’s worth to add a option where you can pay for delivery and that will make waiting shorter. Cause like I said waiting a little bit more than two weeks within UK is too much
