Very good coffee and a good service what more can I say

Great product and quick delivery

Firstly the coffee machine i purchased (DeLonghi Dedica style EC685) was competitively priced and arrived swiftly and was well packaged. Communication re delivery was excellent. Unfortunately when I was completing the 'before use' procedures it became apparent the 'steamer' was not working as it should. Amber, of customer services, was swift with actions to try and remedy but it was apparent the machine would have to be returned for examination. This was arranged by Amber, at no cost to me, and once the faulty one had been collected a replacement was swiftly sent and I am really pleased with the machine. In summary an excellent company with superb customer service.

Quick delivery and fast replying and good customer service when the website showed wrong expecting date by supplying complimentary beans of your choice !
