Placed my order to receive confirmation email, then I heard nothing for a few weeks until I contacted the company. Turned out they didn't have the stock and I was issued a refund. Wish I didn't have to chase them up, but once I spoke to customer service the issue was resolved quickly.

Fantastic customer service – Rose has been outstanding to deal with – carefully explaining everything to me and how the process works. Unfortunately had to return my machine but the issue was found to be a manufacturing fault – offered a full replacement no quibbling. New machine received and back to enjoying my caffeine hits😂 Highly recommend.
