Good price! Very slow delivery and poor communication via tracking system. Website suggested despatch within 2 to 3 days and next day delivery. Called on a Friday four days after the order and one answered phone. Called Saturday and told would be despatched Monday. Still no update on tracker, arrived 11 days after order and payment made.

Have been waiting 15 days and order not delivered. Called them to chase up, got loads of excuses, I asked how they were going to put this right as I've been very inconvenienced. Despite asking multiple times they refused to put things right. An extra bottle of cleaner or even refund on postage would have gone some way, but no they would rather loose a customer. I would avoid, they lost me asa customer

I ordered an Infusion Piston Thermoblock for De'Longhi ECAM series coffee machine on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived, unbelievably quickly, just after midday the following day. The part was double boxed for protection and yes, it cured the problem. It demonstrated to me the high efficiency, reliability and professionalism of the team. Well done and thankyou.

Ordered a Delonghi espresso machine. Was slightly cheaper than Amazon. Was delivered quickly. However, machine is a European model/EU plug, and probably without a UK warranty. No mention of that anywhere on the website/product page. Doesn't seem to be unusual, based on other reviews. No replies to emails or chat on the website. As other have commented, looks like there is zero after-sales support with that company. Even if you return the product due to their fault, they will still charge a restocking fee and may take a long time to refund the rest. Avoid, wouldn't use again. Not worth the drawbacks.
