Bought a coffee machine for £1550 parts missing 1st CF said it does not come with parts when I proved them wrong they agreed to send parts out still waiting for the parts shambles of a company we paid via PayPal so will be returning this machine for company that appreciates you spending money with them and checks contents in box before dispatch AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE NOT UK BASED RUDE ARRAGONT UNTRAINED STAFF.

Bought a coffee machine Pro: Lowest price. Con: EU item which was opened to add a UK plug adapter, then badly repackaged. No English instructions. None of that was communicated via the website – buying for myself it was fine, but would have been unacceptable as a gift.

This is the second coffee machine purchased from this company. A bit of a technical hiccup occurred as the ordered machine was over ordered, so wasn't available when it came to dispatch. The customer care staff were very apologetic and managed to change our order to a different coloured one of the same machine. They also gave us a free bag of beans as compensation. I would still use this company again.
