Love my new coffee machine. Arrived in perfect condition. No more ness coffee. Fresh ground coffee- late, cappuccino, Americana, hot milk. All favourite options. Happy overall with my purchase from coffee friend . Thank you!

After waiting nearly 2 weeks for delivery, there was an attempted delivery by DPD only to find I had entered the wrong postcode. I had to contact DPD to rearrange delivery but they could not change the postcode , coffee friend had to do this. After another week the order was dispatched with the correct postcode and it arrived the next day, so dispite my mistake the service was good

Good prices and coffee selection. Coffee machine is noisy(grinder) so at 5am can't make a coffee without waking everyone up. Coffee range ok, but if I knew that all coffees are the same just with different names I would buy cheaper one. The only difference between them is a strength of coffee and quantity of milk added,which can all be manually adjusted. So no need to buy coffee machine making all sort of lattes , cappuccino or macchiato and paying a lot of money.

I had to follow up with the customer service upon the delivery of my coffee machine. They responded very promptly and were super helpful. Their delivery service is also out of this world. It did say they deliver within 24h but I didn't believe they would show up on a Saturday.

Bought as a gift . Easy to order at a very competitive price . Fast delivery , well packed . Not used yet so but looks good , ideal size for small kitchen .

A company that offers the world but doesn't deliver. I did eventually get what I had paid for – and extra coffee – but I wish that I had just popped into John Lewis where I would have got great service and good value for money. I will never recommend Coffee Friend

Wonderful customer service! I selected the wrong coffee type and they were very quick at replying to my email and fixing it. Coffee arrived quickly in the post and was beautifully packaged. It’s some of the best tasting coffee I’ve had! About to order another bag! Couldn’t recommend enough.

They sent me a faulty coffee machine at the first place, when I reported that they needed a video prof and didn’t send me a replacement until they received the faulty one. Second time they sent me a second hand one with scratches all over. After complaining and sending email back and forth, they sent me finally a good one but I had to wait around 4 weeks for that. Very unhappy.
