Good information from Paul at 'nextday coffee' DPD delivery had a problem so delivery was delayed a couple of days. Next Day Coffee did apologise, however it was not their fault. Looking forward now to tasting the Caffe Roma Italian blend ESE pods, not tried pods before.

Good communication by Coffee Friend. Product should have arrived in three weeks, but arrived after two weeks. Supplied European to UK plug adapter works well.

Arrived on time (can't wait around too long for coffee), great price and no damage on delivery. Works a treat and I get coffee fertilizer 'biscuits' from the waste which go on the garden.

Unfortunately the DeLonghi machine we purchased from Coffee friend was faulty So we were not happy

Was delivered 1-3 days after ordering! Excellent machine, does what it’s supposed to, easy instructions to read(when you eventually find the English version!) just disappointed you have to order a filter and it’s not supplied. Apart from that, very pleased, and it looks great in white!

My order arrived quickly. There were unfortunately a couple of missing parts with my coffee machine, but I contacted the team. Amber was really helpful, they responded promptly and arranged the parts to be ordered and shipped to me. Happy to recommend.

Bought the 9 cup Bialetti Espresso maker which is the only one I could find that is made in Italy. Really pleased with the quality of product and the price was best online. Arrived promptly and well packaged.
