Produces a fine cup of coffee but equally dismayed and irritated it came with a two pin plug and an adapter to convert it. For the money and the reputable brand involved I’d expected an electrical item with a 3 pin plug. Also the non recyclable materials used in the packaging was irresponsible.

Everything went how it should

Coffee machine is fine. Box doesn’t come packaged or protected in bubble wrap and was ripped and smashed. I emailed and asked for a new box to be sent out for storage or if I re sell. Was told no as the box being damaged and ripped isn’t an issue and is normal.
