Price was very competitive and the coffee maker was delivered well within the times outlined. As expected it is a European spec item with an adaptor for the plug. Communication has been excellent and I have been really pleased with the product. Now comes the search for a preferred coffee. Excellent service in all respects.

It took 2 weeks for coffe machine to arrive, which was longer than I expected but okay I guess. Now suspect the reason for the delay is the machine was sourced from the EU, as it has an 2 pin plug. A rather cheap looking 3 pin adapter was added to the package to allow it to be used in the UK.

I am using De Longhi coffee machine for a few years now and I am really satisfied. This time I ordered one for my son as a birthday gift. Once all is set up machine is very easy to use. Competitive price, great customer service and quick dispatch. Thank you

Bought a Delonghi coffee machine. Supplier delivery was good and any issues encountered were resolved quickly eg explained with a video how special converter plug fitted to UK plug, which was included. The coffee machine is working well and has been used for espressos and lattes 😀

Good price and reasonably quick delivery. Only one small complaint that the machine was delivered with a european plug which I don't think was clear in the description but an adaptor was also supplied, so no great inconvenience.
