I have now had several days of trials with my ESE pods. I am a complete novice when it comes to producing a coffee. I enjoy espresso and I also enjoy Cappuccino. I decided to try out the ESE pods fom 'Coffee Friend' as they seemed to offer me a lazy way of producing my daily cup of coffee. Each day I seem to improve with my Cappuccino ability, my frothing ability is also making good progress. Overall, I am happy with the pods, at this stage of my learning I find them easier to produce a quick coffee without a lot of work. I would like to think I could find a selection of different ESE pods to 'test the difference' in future. My thanks to 'Coffee Friend'

Very good service, my only petty snag is how long it took to arrive. Perhaps this is a Brexit issue so I think it's unfair to take a star off. I'm very pleased with the machine and the purchase price was unbeated.

Coffee never arrived, customer service was good though. Emails and calls always answered and when I decided not to wait any longer, I asked for a refund which was issued without any problems.

Purchased a gift for Father’s Day; it was a small item/accessory for a coffee machine. Unfortunately it didn’t fit and I was charged £9.90 to return it! Be careful as this is a flat rate regardless of what you have purchased ie returning a large coffee machine would be the same. No leeway to use my own courier. It’s in the T&Cs.
