I found the site looking for a specific model and wasn’t disappointed when I got what I expected on coffe friend. Very happy with purchase and will make use of the offers to buy and try some ground coffee products.

Having waited weeks and weeks for the kettle to be delivered, it was late for a birthday present. I then wanted to upgrade to an electric kettle and customer service agreed to accept a return so I could order the more expensive replacement. However, a return was refused as it was over 14 days from order DESPITE being so much later than this in initial delivery, and DESPITE customer service agreeing to a return. DONT'T USE, VERY SLOW AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I spent considerable time in research before I chose this machine. I'm glad that I did and that I bought it here. It is a quality piece of kit which makes a great coffee and feels like it will last a long time. The controls feel solid, the grinder works well and the steamer is good. I had a sage barista express before, I like this better.

The coffee machine was delivered on time with an adaptor present to convert to UK spec.. Price was very good and communication has been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone requiring a coffee machine, The model supplied has proved to be excellent as well!!

Took payment for a coffee machine to then be told that it was out of stock. Eventually managed to speak to a member of the team who admitted that this 'was not normal practice' then had to wait for a refund. Not good customer service. Will not be recommending this website.

The machine I wanted wasn't available so I was asked if I would like a different colour one at the same price. The email had gone into spam and I originally thought my order wasn't coming at all but the lady I spoke to when I called helped me find the email and explained the situation. She was polite, helpful and efficient. I was pleased how this situation was dealt with. It was also really refreshing to be able to talk to a person instead of being sent through lots of unhelpful suggestions on a website to try to solve the problem.

Returns expensive – flat rate of nearly £10 regardless of item size.
