Coffee was fine but took 3 days from order before it was even despatched. So 5 days for it to arrive when website said 1-2 days.

Ordered a Bosch built in coffee machine. Was great value compared to other suppliers. Arrived fast. Only downside is that Bosch use a non standard power lead and this meant the stand uk "kettle" lead provided did not fit! Thankfully I happened to have a spare eu-uk plug adapter.

Love my new coffee machine but found delivery a bit slow. I suppose the current disruption in the postal services etc could be a factor though.

We bought the Coffee Maker (DeLonghi brand) from the Coffee Friends. After one month the machine stopped to work. We contacted Coffee Friends but they did even not want to be involved. Completely washed their hands and recomended to contact DeLonghi directly. The result is that we are awaiting 8 weeks for our coffee maker to be repair. Delonghi is even not able how long it will be despite 8 weeks ago they said that it takes max 28 days. We requested refund or replacement but it was refused. Delonghi said that the guarantee cover the repair only. It was quite expensive coffee maker that we feel we just lost without any solution from the shop where we bought it. We did not bought from DeLonghi but from the Coffee Friends shop. So it will be not a surprise that I do not recommend this shop. Regards, KG

Really great customer support if you have any issues or queries. I ordered a Nivona coffee machine and some coffee beans with coffee friend and they arrived in great condition and fairly quickly, around 9 working days for delivery! Super happy with their service 😊
