Good evening. Well, what can I say. The coffee refuses excellent, the delivery is incomparable. Everything is very fast and on time. The thing is that my son's broke and I had to give him mine, since I also have a manual one. But I will definitely order a second one.

Really easy website to manoeuvre, thrilled that they had a kettle that I used to own some time ago and I always hoped to replace. The downside, and I’m not marking down for this because I suspect it’s my error, the kettle came with a 2 pin European plug. Easy fixed with an adapter!

Excellent product and process from start to finish.

Was surprised that the both coffee machine and milk frother weren't uk plugs had to attach them into UK plug adaptor, which was supplied. Instructions not in English,voucher in Euros. Apart from that all good.

I was sold a machine that was meant to be sold in parts of Europe that uses different type of electric cable. However, the company has put a UK adaptor inside which worked, but made the head bulkier and now the desk i put it on, has to come two inches forward. I thought I was buying a cheaper machine, but would have been better off buying it directly from Nespresso as part of a subscription. I feel cheated.

J’ai beaucoup hésité avant de commander au vu des commentaires. Mais je n’ai absolument pas été déçu, commande passé le mardi soir reçu le samedi matin. Aucun problème avec DPD. J’ai commandé du chocolat chaud Whittard.
