The only reason I gave this score was that the item said in stock but it wasn’t !!!!which didn’t help my cause really

Great coffee maker, good price, no problems with delivery. very pleased. Nice touch they included some chocolates in with parcel.

Despatch times ( in fairness as stated on the website) are slow. So order in plenty of time. Good product.

When I contacted to enquire about a purchase, the phone response was quick and helpful. Person explained reason for delays clearly and courteously. My package was delivered within 2 days.

Bought a Delonghi coffee (Nespresso) machine and its a poor build quality, no water out light, leaks coffee out of the bottom and the water container doesn’t seat well so sometimes the water just doesn’t flow out. Disappointing. It’s at the cheap end of the market for Nespresso machines but even so…

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour Senseo coffee machine. On the website the dark grey one looked as if it was black when viewed on my phone. Coffee Friend exchanged it without any issues and completely free of charge. They were very friendly and professional at all times. I now have the machine that I wanted and I will definitely be using them when I next need supplies for the machine.

The coffee machine was a gift and the recipient is delighted with it. The 5th star wasn't given as the delivery was a bit later than estimated.

Purchased an espresso maker, prompt delivery, lovely and works perfectly on our induction hob. Ordered some coffee, however there was a delay in receiving this order. I contacted Coffee Friend and the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend this company.
