Great value – delivery slow – part missing took a little persuasion to ship out to us and took 3 weeks to arrive

Coffe machine arrived in three days. Customer services noticed part of the order would lead to delay so asked me about it and cancelled that part.

Such fantastic customer service. Calls are answered immediately and so helpful and friendly. I ordered the wrong coffee maker by mistake and they quickly changed the order. No hassle at all. Highly recommend!!

My coffe machine was missing accessories. I was referred to get one from ankther provider and after a month I am without the accessories and I am unable to ise the coffee machine wothout it.

I have waited several weeks for my order and have now been informed that they are unable to send me my item. Their email suggests that I might want to purchase another coffee grinder, and offers me a £5 gift voucher. It is does not offer me a refund – which I am entitled to. I have emailed Coffee Friend today asking for a refund straight away. I have no intention of buying from this business in future. A very unsatisfied customer.

Purchased lovely cups and saucers. Really pleased with the quality. Only didn’t give 5 stars as the order took a long time to come. (4 weeks) I was informed and offered a free gift for the inconvenience but the free gift never arrived!!
