I was kept up to date on progress of order. Order arrived in good time and was exactly as I expected.

I was looking for a red Nespresso coffee machine and this appeared to be the only organisation offering it at a reasonable price. I was very surprised to receive a European model with an adaptor plug as this was not mentioned. I considered returning it but it works just fine and I’m enjoying my coffee.

Waiting over 2 weeks for a coffee grinder which was despatched by Royal Mail. The only update on Royal Mail tracking is that ‘they’ve been notified the item has been despatched to them’. I appreciate there are strikes, not sure why the supplier has used this courier knowing this? Also the item is no longer available on the website which makes me think it’s not on its way at all. Disappointed it won’t be here as a Xmas gift for my dad. Order 001384197

I do not feel valued as a customer though the coffee is reliably good.

This is probably the worst company I have ever purchased from. When something goes wrong with order they don’t want to you just take money. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Would not recommend this company at all.

Ordered Parallel coffee beans on your 1+1 offer. Only 1kg arrived. Phoned your office and was then sent the other Kg. Not impressed with your customer service.
