Excellent coffee machine selection with a good price offered and reasonably quick shipping times.

Really quick service. Happy with the coffee I ordered. However, the espresso machine I ordered from them has an American plug with an adapter, which was not mentioned in the description. So it’s a bit bulky on my counter top.

After ordering, the customer service was thorough and very quick to sort my order. It was posted very speedily and arrived before Christmas which I was not expecting as I ordered last minute. Also it was packaged wonderfully and it went down really well with the giftee. I will be ordering from here again.

Bought as a Christmas present, sadly the filter handle is missing rendering a present unusable. Seam like a nice company but really very very dissapointed. COFFEE FRIEND fixed the issue over the Christmas period, seams like a well known brand is maybe not quite so good at packing their coffee machines!. Thank you.
