I ordered a Gaggia Classic in grey, but 5 days after the order date i was contacted and told the item was out of stock. I was disappointed with the length of the delay but the customer service team were good, and offered me a more expensive colour variant for the original sale price. Ultimately it did take around 3 weeks to get my machine, but I got a great price so pretty happy overall.

We were already familiar with the product we ordered from Coffee Friend. The Coffee Friend website was easy to use, and delivery of our product was quick given how far I live from this company and that it was at the start of the Christmas rush. I would use this company again. The service they provided was professional.

The coffe machine was brilliant but the accompanying instruction manual was in every language except English – disappointing in that respect and a great pity on an otherwise great solution.

Coffee Friend were very helpful managing my order especially when I accidentally duplicated part of the order. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your coffee needs

My coffee machine went missing during delivery in early December, I know this is technically DPDs fault and not Coffee Friend, however I've had relatively no assistance from them to locate the parcel. I've had to instigate all the communication, and nearly 4 weeks on I still have no coffee machine and no refund of over £300. Really poor level of service, and so now I'll be putting in a charge back claim via my credit card company to get my refund.

Fantastic price for a Gaggia Classic during their Black Friday deals. Approx two weeks from placing order to delivery before Xmas and during postal strikes, so no drama there. Great machine, good service and I now have a decent espresso at home!
