First class service and prompt delivery

The delivery was a bit too slow, 8-12 business days. And once my machine arrived I was disappointed to see that it did not have a UK plug. The order was sent from the UK and I had assumed that it would therefore come wired with the relevant plug.

I ordered a Flair 58 form them, the process was easy and simple to navigate there website. They kept me informed of the progress of my order and even arrived earlier than was expected. I will definitely be using them again.

Ordered a Delonghi Dedica EC885, which Coffeefriend had on offer, cheaper than any where else and including free coffee beans! They contacted me as a website issue meant the offer had been oversold, and they couldn't meet the 8-12 working days shipping. Offered me a full refund, or to wait and would include (more!) free coffee. I elected to wait, and the machine was sent within the original shipping window, with all the beans. Great service from a friendly and helpful company!

The machine never arrived

I genuinely don’t understand coffeefriend’s model. They have great prices, because they import into UK from Europe directly I presume. I have bought Lelit MaraX from them. I can’t find them as official distributors on at least lelit’s website. But, they deliver as promised, in committed time, and in excellent packaging. I haven’t required any repairs yet, fingers crossed, so can’t speak to that. But they do revert to emails very, very promptly, and resolved my queries. In the past I have bought fiorenzato grinder and loveramics coffee cups from them. Overall very happy with the experience.

I absolutely love my accessory! Makes life and cleaning up so much easier. Well, no cleaning up as there is zero fallout after grinding the beans. Genius!
