I'm still experimenting with coffee flavours and getting two 'Parallel' 1kg bags for the price of one was a tasting bonus. Delivery was in time for xmas which was a bonus too. The one bag of coffee we have used was very nice. Looking forward to the next one. Would I buy again? If my favourite flavour comes from here then absolutely. As I said though, still learning and exploring

I purchased a coffee machine on 2 January from Coffee Friend for nearly £300 and I heard nothing for two weeks. I am still waiting for the order. I would have received this order the next day from Amazon.

This was a present for my daughter. She loves the machine best coffee machine she has ever had.

Coffee was good. Clarity of delivery date for equipment not so good.

The product was great but clearly intended for sale in some other part of the World. It came with a European style plug attached and cheap adaptor to convert for use in UK. Also the manual covered many foreign languages but sadly not English. I raised a complaint but sadly the best Coffee Friend could do was send me a pdf file of the English version. Not really acceptable for an expensive coffee machine.
