Had the coffee machine in stock at a great price and even threw in some free coffee pods. Delivery was in a reasonable time frame and communication was very good and they replied to my query quick and helpfully.

Very pleased with my new coffee machine. The machine arrived a week earlier than expected which was great. Part of my order was lost by UPS but Coffee Friends re-dispatched immediately plus a little something extra for my troubles.

Good product, but took so long to ship (10 working days). The package seemed to be opened formerly so I was not sure whether it was second-hand or not. But eventually it worked properly like a new one.
