Cost me over £9 to send back machine as it has eu plug in it which was not in the description.. Avoid

I absolutely love the Fellow Carter travel mug I ordered and the ordering process was easy (those 2 aspects plus the excellent price get 5*) … but the delivery time was extremely slow, hence the 3*review). I’m not sure I can necessarily attribute that to the order being placed on January 2nd and post-holiday period 💁🏻‍♀️ but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt as the website did say it can take (if I recollect correctly) up to 12 working days to arrive (it took 18). I did contact the company by email and phone to query the whereabouts of the delivery, and received courteous and quick replies which gave me a degree of confidence the product would arrive. I think Amazon spoils us with their super quick delivery times!

Great coffee machine, and helpful customer service with prompt email replies. 1 star lost as it took longer than expected to be despatched, but delivered very quickly once this happened. Website stated “Delivery takes 1 – 3 working days”, which was accurate in the end, but actually took well over a week beforehand to despatch. Maybe be aware if you are in a hurry. Free coffee beans not bad to get us started too either. Overall would recommend. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Edited to add information to clarify after Coffee Friends reply: The product page for my purchase showed (and still does) “Delivery takes 1 – 3 working days * 85% of orders are delivered the next day.” There is also a fast delivery option available, but I did not opt for this. After enquiring I found this was very expensive. I was advised over the phone that delivery could take up to 8-12 working days depending on the courier. It turned out that it was despatching only that slowed things down. Only after placing my order was it made clear that despatching would take so long, and this was after enquiring why my order had been “processing” for so long. Like I said, the product is great and the overall outcome good too, but I stand by advising anyone to triple check and get confirmation if you need your item in a hurry.

Bought a Gaggia Classic. It was shipped from Lithuania into the UK with no customs duty to pay. Customer service on the phone answered all my questions about import. Good service and quicker than I expected delivery.

Very happy with the purchase. The only complaint I’d have is that it was not t clear the item was coming from somewhere in Europe so delivery took longer than expected, although considering that it was relatively quick delivery. I got exactly what I ordered and very happy with the machine. Would recommend

I’m not happy with kettle it seems to leak a lot ,spills thru lid when I ring water in to cafeteria . Not sure if this one or design . Very disappointed . Wd you take back ?

I am not going to claim that delivery was fast as it wasn't. however, I ordered a flair Neo from America, and being in the uk these are hard to get. it arrived with no issues and I have been enjoying using it for a while now. the pricing was not bat at all either especially with it having been sent from America. over all great job.
