Got my kettle that is out of production and because it was a bit late, free coffee too!

Bought a coffee machine, it arrived pretty fast. I'm happy with it.

Coffee machine came open with No filter when over instructions fitted plug ready for a nice mug of coffee, coffee machine didn’t work at all got on to coffee friend they don’t have anyway to get the coffee machine so had send it at (my cost)still haven’t been paid for that.trying to deal with the people on other end of phone was a nightmare the person deal with my problem was was never there or off on leave then they received the coffee machine to ie(warehouse) but warehouse never updated that to there system over 3 weeks have passed from I received this coffee machine still no money back just over a week later I get my money back🕺🏼🕺🏼But still no money for sending there machine back to them that didn’t work AWFUL think if I’m gonna spend this much money I’ll go to a shop i but a give a 1 star but it goes to 5 so I think it should go the other way for coffee friend-5 star

Was surprised to receive the machine with a European plug and frankly cheap converter, also time to deliver was really long

The CitiZ is a great replacement for our old machine and looks good on our kitchen. The only slight problem is the lack of any instructions to assemble the mains plug adapter. I know it’s fairly obvious but not everybody will feel happy doing it.

Overall, the service was quite good. I purchased a new machine which sadly turned out to be defective. Although there was a slight slowdown after I sent it back I ended up getting my replacement quite quickly. I chose a different machine to avoid waiting for the replacement (which was out of stock) and here was no fuss with either the refund or change. Daniel was quite attentive to the whole process so kudos to him.

Very helpful service and looked after the customers needs . Relatively slow in response but better to be 100% precise and great communication from Daniel all the way through – and he looked after me very well so I am delighted ! He investigated the issue in hand and managed to help me out with a replacement part – so customer service was excellent .

Coffee Friend had the best price for the Nespresso machine that I wanted and delivery was very fast. Dropping a star because the machine I received is an EU model, with an EU plug and an adapter, this works fine, it just means that the plug is a bit bigger than usual, but it wasn't clear from the product description that this would be the case. Good experience overall though, and will use again

Very good coffee. Extremely flavoured, that "Santa Luzia" (beens) brings us an unique taste of every single day. We are trully delighted.
