Nice and clear website and the order arrived promptly. My only minor complaint would be that the machine arrived with an EU plug. A converter was included, but it does stick out quite a bit from the wall. Not really a major prob.

Delivered quickly, helpful customer service and great price

I purchased a Lelit Bianca from Coffee Friend. I got a great deal and had very quick shipping to an EU location. Great after purchase customer service, I called and mailed them back and forth about some shipping issues I had in the beginning and they solved them in great manner. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase and can definitely recommend Coffee Friend.

Apart from an initial email accepting my order I received no further notification of delivery. It was not until I contacted Coffee Friend that I was informed that the order was delayed due to damaged stock in the warehouse. Then there was a further delay as other stock was delayed, so I had to select another item. As this was the second order in a row with a poorly excused delay I will not be ordering again. Luckily I have found an alternative supplier who offer a more competitive price on coffee.

The Smeg mini kettle was perfect and as illustrated on their website. Delivery was very prompt and customer service was exceptional and friendly when seeking exchange and DPD collection issues.
