Paid 4.99 delivery charge for coffee (plus filters) that didn't get dispatched for 3 weeks. Called twice about it and the person I spoke to was nice and added a extra bag of cheap beans. I figured the specialist coffee I ordered would be fresh, hence the delay in sending. When it arrived it turned out it was roasted almost almost 5 months ago, which isn't what I'd call fresh specialist coffee. No idea why it took three weeks and two phone calls to arrive. Last time I'll be using sadly.

The item was late and I got bad customer service to begin with with email replys that did not make any sense to the question I asked and with all the lateness and bad customer service I got a free bad of Disgusting coffee

The service was quick and it was easy to order but what I didn’t know was that the kettle was eu and came with an adapter… this means that the kettle is not as powerful as my old one ( which is exactly the same product) which means it takes much longer to boil … had I known this I wouldn’t have ordered it from them

There was some issues with the order as courier delivered it to wrong address, but after 2 weeks all issues was sorted. coffee taste amazing, worth every single pence
