Wonderful customer service, really reliable!!! The machine itself also great, the only reason I took away a star is because of the two weeks delay in receiving it. I think they should just tell you from the begining it will take two weeks as the machine is worth waiting for! Customers will happily buy it even if they have to wait two weeks. Honestly though, customer service is super friendly and answers phone calls and emails right away!!! Everyone I came in contact with Melani, Amber and Daniel helped me with any questions I had at any time.
