I have been trying different suppliers since Tchibo closed its online store. To be fair, Coffee Friend clearly states that their delivery time is 8-10 days. But my, that's SLOW! Tchibo delivered within two.

Coffee's OK but service a little slow.

1. Stop sending me reminders to review you. It's really really annoying. 2. You forgot about order date and nearly missed the delivery window.

Their products are good quality and a fair price but they were let down by their delivery company and then just seemed to accept that the delivery company (that they were paying) had not done their job and said there was nothing they could do, which meant that I was let down.
