I recently came across Coffee Friend when looking to upgrade my coffee set up. I am a real espresso enthusiast so finally decided on a rocket Giotto R and Rocket Faustino. I reached out to coffee friend by email and within 24 hours John came back to my initial questions. Payment was seamless and made over a link John created. This was because of an offer at the time. John advised it would be 8-10 days delivery however this fell whilst is was away on holiday. So John kept hold of my delivery until I got back. Two days following my return I received my coffee machine and grinder. The coffee machine was perfect the grinder however had some damage. I contacted John and right away he asked for pictures of the damage. After sending these through he organised collection and within a couple of days I received my new grinder which is perfect. I find in todays world that good customer service seems to be very scarce. So to have such a personal service from John at Coffee Friend was such a breath of fresh air. If i could give these guys 10 stars I would. Professional, friendly, attentive and efficient. John thank you for your help with my order I will certainly be back for anything I need in the future.
