Good price and delivery window of 8-10 working days was about as stated online for the machine I selected. 1 star rating dropped as although purchased through Topcashback site 10th April, I did not receive cashback and have had to raise missing cashback claim, currently in process.

Bought a new built in Bosch coffee machine. Amazing company to deal with. Great communication on the order status, checked to let me know they could ship some extras and also some free coffee with the order. Then, to nicely finish off, really fast deliver. Would highly recommend as great to receive super service.

Ordered Coffee Machine on 6th April, it arrived on 2nd May. Website was easy to use and was sent a voucher for £70 off coffee (machine was over £1500 so I guess the this voucher is relative) which was a nice touch.

Prompt service and the shipments are quick (I’m overseas), I couldn’t be more pleased. If I had one observation, I’m always offered a better deal on the products I just purchased. How about offering it the next time I do a repeat order.

The order arrived promptly and was very well packaged. The item was a present from a group of us and if it didn’t work you only had 14 days to return it. It was bought 3 weeks before the date needed to make sure it arrived in time but if it didn’t work we would have been over our returns time. The milk frother had a problem which we managed to sort ourselves and apart from the continental plug everything was good.

I don't like leaving bad reviews generally but feel in this instance people should be aware of that they are involving themselves with. Having ordered a coffee espresso machine it arrived reasonably promptly, I was however disappointed to see that the item had been damaged somewhere in transit to me, fair enough though, this happens, so I request a return and refund, all fairly standard procedure, they were kind enough to arrange collection (this occurred a day after they stated but appreciate this is the courier not them), however, I have since waited over a week for confirmation that the item arrived back with them, which strikes me as odd in this age of digitisation that it is not something better automated, however after a bit of badgering on my part I am finally told that the warehouse has received it – ok great, when can I get my money refunded? oh just the standard 14 days… BRILLIANT. So you take my money immediately for an item that when received is damaged, and then take in total, up to 3 weeks to return it??? This is when I've paid by PayPal mind you. Yes yes of course it's in the T&C's, well done, good for you, but come on, seriously, the item was returned due to no fault on my part, the least you could do is expedite a refund. Always polite, always nice, just excruciatingly slow. Be warned.

Coffee was great and good customer service but delivery took long

Return visit to Coffee Friend because they have a good selection of coffee beans to chose from. This order was delayed but through no fault of their own and Daniel was able to resolve for me. Very happy again to use COFFEEFRIEND.CO.UK and will be returning again when I need more beans.

Great company – bought my flair 58 at a very good price and they gave me a free 1kg coffee (in yellow packaging) which was absolutely decious! I have since bought many more bags of that and other Caprisett coffee all of which are delicious and are at very reasonable prices. I'd definitely recommend buying anything coffee related from here. My only constructive critcism is if they could reduce email marketing to once every 2 weeks.
