Honest, reliable and careful

My machine was delivered in 10 days which was within the delivery period stated. I see the delivery times have improved. I missed the small print where it says the machine arrives with a Euro electricity plug and UK adapter so that the mains cable projects from the adapter directly out from the wall rather than vertically from a UK plug losing 3 inches in depth of countertop if placed directly in front of the socket. I was disappointed it also arrived with no manual in English, only one with every other European language, so I had to download the English manual from the internet and make my own (unstapled) booklet to keep next to the machine. The device makes great coffee.

My first order from this company. I bought a Krups pod machine for a very competitive price. Would have liked more info to track delivery. Otherwise everything went well and I will be ordering coffee from this company as they offer such a good range.

As others have said; good price, good communication and delivery within the clearly stated timeframe… The thing that annoyed me was that the machine wasn't posted for 10 working days. Once posted, it arrived next day. Up your dispatch time or explain why it takes so long for you to process a parcel.

Horrible company, misleading fake reviews on their website and terrible customer service. Just bought an expensive coffee machine from them which had amazing reviews on their website. Far from it, I ended up with an expensive piece of garbage. It doesn't froth or even heat the milk. I have to chose between cold bubbled milk, and warm bubbled milk if I don't mind burning my finger. After contacting their customer service and 10 min of excruciating going around in circles conversation, I was pointed to many small print rules regarding the 14 days return policy. Which is basically non existent except if they deem your product faulty. Ridiculous and outrageous company. Do yourself a favour and go with a company that can actually back up their products and not hide behind paragraphs of small prints.
