Took a little while to arrive but they did warn it was 10-12 days for delivery. Machine working beautifully. So small and stylish, yet produces fabulous coffee very quickly.

Been looking for a specific inbuilt coffee machine which these guys had on their website. Contacted them and spoke with a very helpful lady who also promised some complimentary coffee. Sure enough machine and said coffee turned up well packaged and secure. Only reason given a 4 is because we havent installed and used it yet so hopefully no issues when we do. In which case it would have been a 5

I’ve stepped into the world of brewing my own coffee at home. Purchased a moccomaster filter coffee machine which has transformed my morning coffee routine for a great price delivered within the week.

Ordered coffee waited long enough, emailed customer support to exceed expectation. The reply was pathetic standard text no service to the customer. Basically said wait! I have said "don't worry i will take my business elsewhere" Cancelled order and waiting for my money back. No loss to me if you cant provide a good service.

I ordered a Nespresso coffee machine from Coffee Friend on Tuesday evening and it was delivered to me on Thursday morning. Amazing! I am very happy with the coffee machine and the Nespresso capsules that were sent free of charge. Emails were sent out confirming the order and also to let me know when it was out for shipping.

Finally got the 2 cups I ordered after 2 weeks since ordering. The products are great and packaged well but disappointed with the painfully slow delivery times and lack of updates. When you have to pay £5.00 for delivery I expect prompt service, other companies provide free shipping and deliver products in a fraction of the time, first and last time I order from this company due to the simple fact the delivery service is one of the slowest and they have the nerve to charge £5.00 for this, the two cups only came to £22, during the same period I ordered items from china that arrived faster than this and was half the price in shipping cost.

I ordered a Lelit machine from Coffee Friend, which unfortunately experienced a fault. While the order, delivery, and general customer service experience with Coffee Friend has been good, the actual repair process took A G E S. They told me that their repair team was busy, but it took them about FOUR MONTHS to repair and return my machine. Aside from this, I'm happy with Coffee Friend and would recommend the company. To be clear, my only criticism is with the internal repair service, which took a very long time to complete a small repair to my machine.

After all the nerves and disbelief today arrived my order, the coffee machine is amazing, good luck for any other user who makes orders, read your delivery days, I Apologise to coffee friend for any inconvenience if I may cause

Daniel was excellent and helpful throughout. There was a bit of confusion with sending the coffee machine back after a fix under warranty, but he quickly sorted out a quick delivery for me.
