I bought a flair58 a few months ago this year ,but I couldn’t found a few important accessories in the box, such as the pressure gauges with stainless steel stem,brew head’s value plunger, it cannot be installed and used,I don't know what is missing in total. After several months of sending and negotiating emails, I was repeatedly asked similar questions in different emails received, asking me to provide a list of missing items. This is a machine composed of many accessories. At first, they said to mail the missing parts to me, but later they said that the waiting time would be very long, so they changed to another machine in the warehouse. However, when I sent back the machine with the missing parts, there was no information, and I had to keep sending emails to contact the company again. Anyway, it was a waste of time. The installation and use of the machine are also very unclear, and it is necessary to watch a lot of videos on the Internet for help. All in all, it was a very bad buying experience, with a very bad impression, I will not buy any products from this company again in the future

Couldn’t be happier with the service received by staff at Coffee Friend but it was all in relation to sorting out delivery issues with DPD who were terrible. We cancelled the order in the end but we have no issues with Coffee Friend just DPD
