Informative on the delivery. Slightly longer than expected but arrived perfectly.

I owned a coffee machine like this previously and when it broke after many years of use I wanted to replace it with the same one again. I am very happy with the service it was received with next day delivery and for the best price I could find online. Highly recommend 😊

The staff were super friendly and helpful but it took 3 and a half weeks for an order that I was given a delivery date of 8-10 days of to arrive. When I asked for the 4th time if my order had been dispatched on day 11 I was given a £5 voucher….. delivery was about that anyway so it was literally like getting free delivery on an item. AVOID

Insanely slow delivery which was then returned to sender as tracking would not work.

I didn't know that the kettle was imported with a British plug pushed into the box. I am not happy as the plug is intrusive on my worktop. I tried to return it but all the hassle made it very difficult. I was not informed that the item was imported and it would have cost more than the return charge to return. I understand that under British law there should be no charge other than the cost of return. I am most annoyed with the whole thing
