I ordered a coffee grinder noting that there was an 8-12 working day shipping time. Once this time had passed I emailed to ask if there was an update of when my order would be shipped. I received a reply fairly quickly to inform me that they had no stock and didn't know when they would so they would cancel my order. I would've accepted it with no problem had I been informed there was a stock issue so my order would be cancelled. However I was made to wait for what ended up being about three weeks with the bank holiday, before chasing the order to find out what was going on.

I bought this coffee machine for my son and his girlfriend… they’re very pleased with it.. only gripe I have is that it took 8 working days to arrive… otherwise I’d recommend … if you’re not in a hurry Coffee Friend are great!! 👍🏻

Coffee Friend is slow to deliver but has really good prices. Our DeLonghi Dedica arrived perfectly but comes with a UK plug attachment, slightly clunky as it fits over the European plug but looks ok. Worth the saving.

Rather slow delivery. Rather poor communication regarding delays to deliveries early in the process. When I contacted the company, representatives were pleasant and helpful.

Order was received in slightly longer time than anticipated, but was well wrapped up and protected when received. Very pleased with how package was handled and delivered. Machine was in excellent condition when received, as one would have expected. Only downside, was that there was no instruction manual, but I found one online easily enough so all was well. This undoubtedly assisted in setting the machine up in the first place.

Overall it's fine, but delivery 8-10days, not acceptable. The orher company sending from Denmark and it's quicker..

I needed some melee integrated coffee maker De cal filters, not only were coffee friend cheaper than anybody else they were 30% cheaper. I thought it must be a con but they were delivered on the day and genuine filters. Earned their 5 star
