Ordered and shortly after received an email notifying me there would be a delay due to supplier issue, however they would provide a free gift. Lovely free coffee received and now the soda stream I ordered. Great customer care

Still not received my purchase its now been 16 working days. I was told between 8 and 12 working days.

Not a super quick delivery but it was made clear at the start. When I chased the order up, the customer service was great and I received my order as stated. – Cheapest price I could find for my item, so 5 stars all round from me.

Delivery took too long. I bought a toaster and it came with an EU plug and a separate adaptor which didn’t fit. Still waiting for another item from the same order and customer service team trying to locate it.

Update: 25/09/2023- I was quite disappointed when I discovered that the coffee machine they sent me was broken. Rose from customer service assured me they would handle the return shipping and even provided me with the date for the DPD collection. However, the courier never showed up. I've also reached out to Rose and the customer service department through email, but haven't received any response about the issue so far. It's been 20 days and I'm still unable to get through to anyone. 15/09/2023-The product came from a place called Damolde Depo with DPD in 10 days but it was broken. I started the return process. but the coffee friends team asked me to send photos but their response speed are very slow. I wonder how the process is progressing. I am in a state of constant stress and waiting. I don't want to shop outside of Amazon for such fragile household appliances from now on.

Great service and real people that want to help and support their customers. Also let’s not forget they gave the best deal for my Siemens coffee machine and added a whole bunch of goodies in the delivery…if only every online retailer gave this type of service.

Ordered a Nespresso machine. Cheapest price around and arrived so quickly. Machine also included a box of pods which I wasn't expecting. Very happy household.
