Great company to deal with. Good prices -good communications- one packet was dented before dispatch -they offered me a free gift if I still accepted the package with a damaged cardboard purser case-they sent me /packs of coffee as the thankyou gift. Will use again.

Sent a coffee grinder back for repair within guarantee period. They’ve now had my machine for 5 weeks, no news, no progress, nothing! Absolute scam, should be avoided like the plague!

I've ordered an espresso maker on a really good promotion, but it turned out because of "technical issue" they had sold out before I ordered so they couldn't fulfill my order. They offered similar type of machine from the higher line, 50% more expensive, but with a discount – but the discount was lower than the original promo code would give if I went straight for it. To speed things up I've decided to order the more expensive one with a promo code then and skip their discount, they were happy with it and they promised to add some complimentary coffee to the order to make me happier. Nice gesture. Two weeks of silence later, I've sent an e-mail asking for status for both refund of original order and dispatch of the new one. They promiosed to prioritize that and again – mentioned adding extra coffee to the order. I've finally received both refund and machine after another week, 3 weeks from the original order. And no complimentary coffee with it. Disappointed.
