You did well on price for my Senseo coffee m/c, although I see it is now £15 dearer than I paid last week. Your tracking feature is of no value at all but then I'm sure you already know that, just not any good in telling me where and when my Senseo will arrive, but after a week I did get it and was happy with it.

Very easy to order good price fast shipping 100% recommend

I placed my order 19 Sept and it was finally delivered on 4 Oct! I was told products were unavailable and asked what I wanted to do. I immediately replied with substitutions. My order then sat for who knows how many days without them letting me know. I had to phone them twice to ask about my order, and later, my refund. I was promised things by one assistant and the offer never materialised. Will not be doing business with them again.
