Great espresso machine at a good price. I called them to check the model number which wasn't crystal clear on the website. The lady I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful. Although she wasn't able to answer my question she got a colleague to reply by email within an hour or so. The machine arrived in perfect condition within 48hrs. Great service. Would recommend.

A company that deceives customers! Irresponsible, do not buy! The coffee machine is faulty and they refuse to replace it! They questioned me about improper use of the coffee machine and refused to believe it was faulty. I only bought it one day ago, and it had issues during the test run. I contacted them multiple times, but they kept insisting that I was using the machine improperly and doubted my knowledge of how to use it. This is extremely disappointing, and I will not choose them again. upadte at 26/10 They agreed to take back the coffee machine for inspection or repair, and I received it today. The machine is functioning normally, but it came back a bit dirty after the inspection, so I’ll need to clean it myself!
