Order eventually arrived but took a lot of chasing. Customer service is not good.

Were the only not-amazon-or-similar company that shipped a very specific, limited edition tea to my location. Said delivery would take about a week, and it arrived within that timeframe. Very satisfied.

Whilst the order did eventually arrive it took a lot of chasing and emails for it to arrive. Took around 4 weeks for the order to arrive after placing the order. Had I not chased I probably would be still waiting! Low score is due to all the emails and phone calls I had to make and send.

Quite possibly the worst customer service and delivery times I have ever had to deal with. Had a very large chunk of my money for over 8 weeks now and constantly having to chase for empty promises. Still no sign of the package arriving. Very reluctant to give refund when asked to cancel after 6 weeks of waiting – offered a partial refund of around 10% on the premise that it would be delivered by the end of the week (which was accepted) and 2 weeks later the parcel has not even been dispatched. Absolutely shocking communication in emails, only ever reply after I ring an internal phone number. Not one to write bad reviews or reviews at all but this is beyond a joke now.

Awful, kettle was open and kettle didn’t have a UK plug. Took over a month for the kettle to come and the customer service was rude to return the item!!
