The coffee maker arrived earlier than expected, in perfect condition, and has free coffee pods as an unexpected and welcome bonus. I watched the tutorial online and haven't looked back. We are having great coffee without the need to go out for it. Would highly recommend Coffee Friend.

Coffee machine ordered over 2 weeks ago ,still not delivered due to courier losing package,coffee friend putting claim in against them but could be another 30 days by the paperwork submitted and investigated ☹️ Machine turned up 26 /10 ,very happy great machine just a bit of inconvenience due to the carrier,unless it would have got 5 stars. 👍

The toaster was as expected, but what we didn’t expect was it to arrive with a European 2 pin plug and an adapter Which we needed to change before use. Delivery took just over 2weeks longer than expected.
