Honestly, they are great for my needs! Deliveries are received, and they have great support if something goes wrong. The variety of coffees they have is truly huge, which can get you lost and sometimes make you spend more than enticipated 😀 . I blame the newsletter discounts xD . Just like with any business, issues can happen, but what is important is the end result and service you get to have it resolved. ❤️

Although there was a delay in the purchase, Coffeefriend came through ok. Well packaged and informed throughout delivery.

Ordered a product, didn’t arrive, poor explanations given. Still didn’t arrive after promises of email confirmation. They were very polite on the phone however dissatisfied so cancelled order.
