I have been waiting for about a month for my coffee machine and still didn’t receive it.

Take a couples days to dispatch but within timeframe

took three weeks to receive it

Ordered and paid for an expensive coffee machine on 16/10/23. Shipping notification was to be 8-12 business days, shipped to uk warehouse 18/10/23, 31/10/23 preparing to ship, Today 3/11/23 still being prepared for shipping, still with no eta, Dreadful customer experience and am so sorry I purchased from them. I expect after sales service will be dreadful too. AVOID!

I ordered a coffee machine for delivery to Wiltshire uk, 9 days later it said out for delivery, great… Then a message saying your packet is being returned to sender, then a message saying delivered, TO POLAND…. Contacted coffee friend and they apologized asking if I wanted another one sent out… God no… Asked for a refund which took 12 days to get after having to chase it up… Never using this company again… Useless….😱

Ordered a toaster a week and a half ago. Had a confirmation that the order had been received but not had the item or any update on it…. Not impressed! UPDATE: the toaster finally arrived yesterday (ordered on 22/10/23, so it took 2.5 weeks to get here). To be fair to Coffee Friend, when I queried it they did get back to me pretty quickly, but the lack of routine communication is not helpful. I have therefore updated it from 1 to 3 stars.

I cannot fault the customer service from this company. I ordered a coffee machine, but when it arrived I realised I had ordered the incorrect colour. They responded quickly to my email and arranged for a courier to collect my machine. On receipt of it they promptly shipped the correct one. They emailed me regularly to keep me up to date with the process. Excellent service.

Over 10 days and order not dispatched but they have taken my money 11 days ago! Called customer service who said delivery was 8-12 working days! Also had a child screaming in the background so difficult to hear! Will not be ordering from them again!
