Do not buy, quoted delivery time was not met regardless of them saying it was ready for dispatch. I think this is a drop ship business and have no control over shipments. Cancelled order due to frustration.

Sadly I had to return my Nespresso machine as I hadn’t read the description in enough detail and found it had a European plug with a UK adaptation along with all the instructions etc in a foreign language. Totally my fault. However the company arranged a return and refund for a £9 fee.

Excellent coffee machine

Item is inferior quality to the previous one. Obviously made cheaper. Lid fit is poor. Overall the jug is smaller than before. Delayed delivery from time quoted. I had to contact the supplier for an update on order progress.

Package finally with couriers after waiting over three weeks, would feel more confident with informed communication.

No contact, excessive delay, no reward for delay, not looking forward to utilising after sales service, finally arrived yesterday with one man delivery (promised two) no promised gift for delay…awfully disappointed two packs of coffee finally arrived but little reward for such a stressful purchase

Coffee friend took my order for a new kettle then said that it’d 8-10 days for delivery when I enquired where it was then a few days later contacted me to say that they were having difficulty with the delivery so I cancelled the order. I was told my refund would take 5 days. I raised this with PayPal and got it sorted then bought one and had it delivered next day from John Lewis luckily it was cheaper by then too so I saved £10.
