Phone call response from the first call. Generally, it was a good experience. one less star because there was no contact/i formation 1wk following payment. thanks

DPD dropped it without ringing my bell or mobile. It’s expensive! Apart from that great – grinder is *exactly* what i needed, espresso fine, adjustable and portable. With a Wacao Picopresso bean-to-cup on the move, anytime.

I ordered a £1400.00 Bosch integrated coffee machine on the 22/10/2023 that was in stock for 1-3 day delivery and it has not arrived. (Now 12th November) I have contacted Coffee Friend 3 times and I have no machine, no update and no refund. If it isn’t in stock, fine, let me know and give me a refund or just tell me what is happening.********UPDATE I was contacted by Coffee Friend immediately following this review and they shipped another machine 3days after. Thank you 👍

Great ESP coffee grinder. It would have been helpful if the confirmation e.mail that was issued when I ordered the grinder had stated the expected number of days for the order fulfillment, as I had to call twice over a couple of weeks to verify that the order was being processed.

Ordered .. had to chase as not had delivery date sent but in fairness product arrived within a week so all good and was a third cheaper than Amazon prime

I returned an item which they arranged through a courier very quickly. Had to complain about the time they took to inspect the item but got the refund through after a few days.

The coffee maker was just what we needed to replace our old one, delivered quickly, at a reasonable price.

Made a purchase with estimated express next day delivery available. After three business days, it was still not dispatched. I called customer service but couldn't get connected. After emailing customer service, it was finally dispatched and was delivered the next day. I wonder if it would have been dispatched had I not checked in.
