Quick delivery, and no problems with the order. Not tried yet because it’s a present so can’t comment on the item yet…however nearly spoilt the Xmas present because box arrived with nespresso printed all over it!! Luckily the recipient was out. It would have been so disappointing had he seen it.

Purchased Philips LatteGo 5400 for over £500. Excuses, excuses and no delivery. Nearly month later still nothing. Claims that courier company lost it in transport and nobody takes responsibility, because it’s me who paid for this circus not them. Everyone “needs time” for “investigation” but it is I who is out of pocket for over £500.

Delivery was sooner than expected, good price good overall experience with coffee friend, unfortunately the cappuccino made by the Bosch coffee machine is slightly to cold for me it needs 10 seconds in microwave after brewed.

I’m still waiting for my item.

Order still not received after 3 weeks and no updates. Rang customer services at the beginning of this week and told the order was ‘going through our warehouse’ and would be delivered imminently but still awaited and no despatch confirmation received

Purchased a DeLonghi Dedica for the added convenience of having the choice of ground coffee or ESE pods. It meets my needs perfectly, making excellent espresso, quickly and conveniently and without taking up the space required for a more sophisticated bean to cup machine. I ordered a new coffee machine and sadly what turned up was a coffee machine with a European 2 pin plug. I asked for the machine to be collected and to receive a refund. That was over a week ago now and I am still waiting…..

Prior to my purchase I have read the reviews and I was expecting to receive my coffee machine in about three weeks roughly which was exactly what I presumed, but I was not expecting to receive a white coffee machine instead of black like I ordered (I have to keep it because I didn’t want to wait another 3 weeks), other than that nothing to complain about, I called them 2 or 3 times and they’ve been kind and helpful.
