Great little coffee machine.

Not a particularly successful or satisfying experience. Ordered a coffee machine which seemed to vanish into the ether. Neither Coffee Friend nor DPD knew where it was but I was expected to be “patient”. After three weeks and a lot of emails/calls I was offered a pack of coffee as compensation. I chose a refund.

Still to receive my package or even notification of its dispatch despite being ordered almost 1month ago! I have contacted the company earlier this week and they said it will be priority dispatch. Still no notification however of dispatch. Very disappointing service.

I was sold a smeg espresso machine that they didn’t have in stock, they took the funds from my account and instead of giving or offering a refund straight away for their error they only offered a replacement so I had to email to request my own refund which wasn’t made immediately. I would have hoped a company would check they had the item to exchange prior to taking the money from a consumers account.

Good value for money, competitive pricing. My friend also went on to buy one !! Good communication re delivery….plus a tube of coffee pods I wasn't expecting 😳
