Ordered a Gaggia Classic Pro which is fantastic, and arrived in good time. I ordered a precision basket aswell which understandably took a few days on back order. I would use Coffee Friend again- they communicated efficiently and were helpful.

Delivering a coffee maker to a Uk address that’s supplied with an EU unfused plug and a carbuncle adaptor with a fuse to meet Uk regulations to go in Uk sockets is totally unacceptable. You don’t tell customers you’re going to do this.

It all arrived. Slightly longer than expected but all in order. Friendly on the telephone when I queried why it took longer then promised.

Straight forward on-line purchase. Good communication and prompt delivery
