Coffee machine received quickly but leaked and did not work on receipt. Two weeks later, having returned the machine immediately, still awaiting a refund.

Ordered item on 12/11/23. After a week I e-mailed to ask when I can expect the item and received rude email "kindly reminding me that delivery is 8-12 days delivery so will be delivered within that timeframe and have to be patient" Chased up again after 14 days and received apology and blamed it on transportation and Item will be in shipped to me week of 27/11/23. Chased it up on 1 Dec and was told item had just arrived in UK that day and will get it soon. Chased it up again on 11 Dec and was told item arriving in UK that day… despite it supposedly arrived on 1 Dec! Don't believe anything they say and cancelled order and received refund.

Great coffee machine at a good price. Delivered very quickly. Great service all round.

It was the cheapest place I found for my coffee machine and the ordering was easy. The delivery was quick and well packaged. The Coffee machine is a gift so have not opened or tired it yet.

Ordered several items and ended up cancelling for a refund after emailing them twice throughout a three week wait and just being told it ‘should’ be sent soon. Was told that they were having various issues at the moment but if this is the case it’s customer service 101 to send out an email stating that, especially around the Christmas period. With that said I’m quite confident I was just being strung along while they waited for items that were clearly out of stock. Only positive I can say is that they were relatively quick to reply and to refund. Overall a complete waste of time.

Unfortunately I am still waiting for an order made over 2 weeks ago. Judging by these reviews I am fearful that this will ever arrive. I'm really disappointed as this was for a birthday present.

Coffee Grinder arrived with broken hopper, they offered an exchange. However, the return process involve lots of step, photo taking and documentation etc. And take up to a month still not sorted yet!!!! Purchase elsewhere if possible. Not worth the wait at all. Poor customer service.
